Best Option Restoration deserves 10 stars, but I could only give 5. I have had many contractors doing work at my home over the past several years, but I have never had any company do the outstanding job Steve and his crew did. My entire bedroom was filled with black mold, and that is what was causing me to stay sick and struggle to breathe. I called Steve, with Best Option Restoration, and he came out the same day, explained everything so that I could understand, and within 24 hours, he and his crew were at my home, treating the black mold. If Steve had not done the excellent job he did, I would have never gotten any better. I have had no further issues with breathing, walking, talking, or playing with my 3-year-old grandbaby since the job was complete. I would recommend Steve and Best Option Restoration to anyone who needs a job done with the utmost knowledge and professionalism.

First of all, I would highly recommend this restoration company. From the owner Steve who is compassionate and prompt in responding to texts and calls, to the two most considerate, honest, respectful young men working in your home….Ricky and Justin. They were hard working, reliable, and gave that extra touch to make sure your room or house is more than perfect…I can’t say enough about this company, the owner, and the two men that cared for our water/mold issue… I wouldn’t use anyone else.
My hunting cabin encountered a major mold contamination. Specifically Best Option Contents was enlisted to save the taxidermy and hunting clothes. Ryan, the owner, made multiple estimates as we decided which objects we wanted to save verses the cost of replacement. I appreciated his thoroughness and and attention to detail as well as his professionalism. All the taxidermy was saved and rehung in their original position. He and his crew did a great job!
Had trouble with a water heater leaking that affected the kitchen, livingroom and bathroom. Best Option Restoration came out and took care of all water damage and did a fantastic job with reconstruction. The employees we're very friendly and professional. Great communication, would recommend to family and friends.
We had a water line leak in our kitchen. Our insurance company connected us with Best Option Restoration in Montgomery County. Annie was my main contact she came out the next day to look at the damage, get pictures and let us know what we could expect to happen next. Every time I had a question she was a quick phone call or text away. Her responses were immediate and if she didn't have the answer right then, she got it and got back to me quickly. Luiz and all the guys that came out were wonderful. I have a disabled 28 year old son at home and they worked around him and his needs. Insurance said we could stay somewhere while the work was being done but very hard to do with my son. Annie kept in contact through the whole process, she knew I was overwhelmed and nervous as I had never had anything like this happen before. She is a true asset to the company she is understanding of your concerns she basically holds your hand through the whole process start to finish. I would 1000% use them again. I kept her number in my phone, she will be the one I reach out to if I ever need anything done in my house again. Thank you for everything, couldn't be happier with everything.

The team did awesome job with clean up and sermon and Sergio restored the area that was damaged perfectly. I would highly recommend this company. My experience started with Mr. Richard coming full force letting me know with graphic pictures our all in freezer and refrigerator needs cleaning. While he was taking pictures he realized the equipment was also broken. He came to me and said don’t worry we can get everything taken care of and he has the best in the business. Well I put my trust in Mr. Richard and he had his guy to come in and repair our freezer and refrigerator first and then he came in a week later with his team and clean our mold out of the freezer and refrigerator. After Mr. Richard let it dry then he cut the freezer and refrigerator back on and it was like magic the freezer and refrigerator was back working properly and cleaned as a whistle. He took some before and after pictures and it’s amazing what this company and team can do. He’s working on setting us up on a 3 month plan for check in. Mr. Richard passion for the school was everything and I enjoyed every minute of doing business with him cause his passion match my passion which was serving these children safely. Thank you so much for all you have done thus far.
